The prescribing clinician is responsible for ensuring that the information provided to Kynetx Medical is appropriate for the purpose for which it is being supplied and that any necessary permissions or authorisations have been obtained.
Kynetx Medical will only use patient information for purposes connected with the services being provided, such as assessing, designing, manufacturing, fitting, modifying or supporting the relevant device, or for another purpose permitted or required by law.
We do not sell patient information or use patient information for unrelated marketing purposes.
5. Who may we share information with?
We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to provide our services, manage our business or meet our legal obligations. Depending on the circumstances, information may be shared with:
